Part 2 — Education

7 Hours of Training and Practice

Understand Why This Works

Preparation showed you what recovery feels like. Education shows you why it works.

This isn’t more theory. It’s where you learn the mechanics — how breathing, sleep, posture and attention fit together — and the skills that make recovery real.

Why It Exists

Most people quit when it gets uncomfortable. Education stops that from happening. When you know what’s happening inside your system, discomfort makes sense — and progress continues.

This is the bridge between knowing and doing.

What You’ll Learn

Our work uses deceptively simple acts: breathing, sitting, writing, walking, sleeping, thinking. You already do all of them — that’s the point. The challenge is doing them without stimulation — in a way that doesn’t compromise your nervous system.

Without screens or noise, ordinary things become unexpectedly hard. When you stop distracting yourself, discomfort shows up. It can feel like a backward step — racing mind, brain fog, restlessness. That’s not failure. It’s exposure — your system showing where repair is needed.

Education is the sandbox. Here, you learn the form of each practice before the Intensive begins.

  • Breathe — Less air, more oxygen.

  • Sit — Stay still long enough to notice.

  • Write — Empty your head to make space.

  • Walk — Move without input or aim.

  • Sleep — Rebuild your rhythm.

  • Think — Watch thought itself.

Together they prepare you for seven days of real recovery.

What Comes Next

After Education, you’ll have:

  • A working map of how recovery functions.

  • The six skills ready for use.

  • Confidence to begin the Intensive.
