Part 4 — Integration
7 Weeks of Stabilisation and Growth
Life After Recovery
The Intensive resets you. Integration teaches you to live from that reset. Seven weeks to stabilise your system, rebuild rhythm, and bring the calm you found back into everyday life.
This is where recovery becomes ordinary again.
Why It Exists
The week you’ve just finished was deliberate and contained — no noise, no negotiation. But that kind of structure isn’t built for everyday life. Integration bridges the gap between controlled conditions and the real world.
You’ll keep the gains you made — not by holding on tight, but by weaving them naturally into how you work, rest, and connect. It’s the shift from intensity to continuity, from effort to steadiness.
What You’ll Do
Integration runs over seven weeks, with simple rhythms that help you stay grounded while you re-enter the world.
Rebuild Your Rhythm Sleep, work, and movement in sync again — not optimised, just consistent.
Choose What to Keep Decide which practices belong in daily life and which can fade.
Return to the Web Consciously Re-establish a functional relationship with your tools — social, work, or otherwise — without falling back into old loops.
Rebuild the Outer Layers Purpose, community, creativity. The things that matter most grow easily once the foundation is steady.
Nothing here is extreme. Small, repeatable actions prove that recovery holds under pressure.
Why It Matters
The goal was never to live outside the web, but to return to it differently. The Intensive stripped back the noise; Integration teaches you to stand in it without being swept away.
Decisions become simpler. Relationships clearer. Focus easier to protect. You start to feel like yourself again — not a new self, just one no longer split by overstimulation.
Beyond Integration
Recovery isn’t the end of the story; it’s the start of life working again. Once your system is steady, other questions re-emerge — purpose, belonging, direction, meaning. Those aren’t part of this programme, but they grow from the same soil.
Integration gives you back the ground to stand on. The rest is yours to build.
Begin Now
Seven weeks. Slow pace. Sustainable change.
